If you use our service for Consent Capture, Revocation Management is already included. Should a caller decide to revoke consent on your dedicated consent line by using terms such as “Quit, Cancel, Unsubscribe, Revoke, Stop” we will set that consent record to “Revoked” and notify your team immediately via email alert, system post, or both. For other communication from the caller on your dedicated consent line, you will also be notified in real-time so you can take the appropriate action.
