For other communication from the caller on your dedicated consent line, you will also be notified in real-time so you can take the appropriate action.

We produce Certificates of Express Written Consent for every consent record and store them on your behalf for 5 years. This document will show the entirety of communications between agents, systems, and the caller to provide you with exceptional defense protection.
